Academic Focus: As we embark on a new Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) cycle, our emphasis remains on elevating academic literacy across all subjects. A particular focus will be on strengthening math proficiency and supporting English Learners. Simultaneously, we’ll continue to prioritize building strong student-family relationships for a supportive school environment. 

The successful implementation of Aeries and ParentSquare has significantly enhanced our communication with families, and we will continue to leverage ParentSquare as our primary source of communication this school year.

Enriching School Culture: Our focus remains on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. We believe that middle school is a pivotal time in a child's life, and we're committed to providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed. This year, we're reintroducing the popular House System to foster a strong sense of belonging and school spirit, mixed with some friendly competition. Our dedicated staff and student leadership team have exciting plans in store, including the return of the coveted Coyote Cup! We're also excited to launch the new Five Star Reward System, which recognizes and rewards positive student behaviors.
